I am back!!!!  What a crazy time.  Seems like each year I add, I gain another 10 lbs.  I cannot keep doing this.  Help me stop doing this to myself.  I cannot fit in my clothes.  So now I must start again!  Please help me get back on track.  I want to lose 2 pounds this next week,.  HELP~~

Little things, that you can live with. Always, not just whn you lose weight.

Ten pounds in a year is pretty easy to gain. All it takes is 100 calories a day, above our maintenance calorie level, to gain 10 pounds in a year. Real easy to do.
