And I am down....
Just a few ounces, but I am down!!! It is going in the right direction. I did well yesterday and was hoping for more, but I will take what I can. Today, I will take ds2 to SAC, come back, walk, shower and change. About 1, I will need to take the boys for a consultation for their wisdom teeth. To see if they need them out. I hope it is easy, mine were, my hubby's weren't. Speaking of hubby, we over slept today and he is just leaving at 7:16 in the am. Good thing I woke about 6:51. He was ready in a hurry. Again, I will note everything that goes in my mouth. See you soon.

I walked about 2.5 miles. Took the boys to the oral surgeon, both need wisdom teeth out. Yikes, now to find a good day.
Dinner will be tacos, I will use soy meat. I will be back soon.

then I went crazy, had some queso, with chips, then a flour tortilla instead of corn and some more beans and guacamole and jalapenos. I don't think I did so bad, but I shouldn't have done that. hopefully the jalapenos were able to speed up my metabolism.
