Back home
Back from vacation and unfortunately back up on the scales. I am having my WW smoothie, for 2 points, then I will go for my walk. I need to lose about11 pounds now. I am going to write everything down that I put in my mouth. I am going to be good at journaling. I will update today, throughout the day.
Okay the smoothie was 3 pts
Oatmeal 2
soymilk 1
peanut butter 3
bread 1
banana 1
cherries 1-2
soup 1
WW meal 4
green beans 0
salad with oil 2
latte bar 1
Walked almost 5000 steps. pulled weeds, washed clothes, changed bedding, cooked dinner.
I think I did pretty well, hope it shows sometime this week.
