Post Holiday Work to do
Here it is after the fourth. I am back up a bit, but I did have fun. I ate brisket, potato salad, frito scoops, a small brownie, and a piece of cake. Now I had brisket and potato salad two meals. When I come back from my walk I will weigh myself and let you know the damage. Hopefully, not too bad to come back from. I know today I won't go to weigh in, but maybe sometime this week. I think I can do it!!! Next week hubby and I go away for a few days.which should be fun.
Now yesterday I walked 5066 steps and today 4850. My hips and gluts have been sore, so I feel that is working. I had my shake before I weighed, but I am going to be really good now. That is 3 points so far. Now I am going to have my Fiber One with soy milk and fruit which will be 4 more points. That is 7 so far. I need to drink water. Be back later.
Okay, back again, I had a roast beef sandwich with Nature's Own Double the fiber and Laughing cow spread. I also had cantaloupe and grapes. A total of 5 points, so , so far 12 points used and 9 to go. I will take dd to Kumon for her class work, then we will head to the library. Then to the grocery store and home for dinner. I will probably have a Lean Cuisine or a WW dinner to keep it under, I am hoping for a pound loss tomorrw. We will see.
