I just keep playing .....
catch up. Okay, yesterday, we went to the movies. We got the large popcorn, without extra grease. It was really "buttery" to begin with and I ate a bunch, getting woozy feeling, not good. I had a smoothie, then the popcorn, I picked at some fruit, like cherries, strawberries and cantaloupe. I had a small piece of chicken, some veggies, and salad with oil. I had angel food cake with strawberries and two spoons of ff cool whip. I ended the day with my last glass of soymilk. I am not sure of the points b/c of the popcorn.
Today, I am trying to talk myself into taking my walk.Tomorrow will be a bad day, since we are having a brisket made. Along with all the fixings, plus desserts, that will be a hard day. I am weighing 154 today, which from the first weigh in this week, I am down quite a few, but not as low as I wanted to be. I feel, that I will be starting all over again next week. I have to go for my walk, but I really don't want to. I am going to eat breakfast, then possibly it will get me motivated.
