Okay
Okay, today I was down 1.4 lbs. Let's see if I can drop some more by tomorrow. I am 156.2 today. I will write everything again today. I think that is the key thing, otherwise I partake in too much food and not enough exercise. I am going to wake ds2 for SAC. I will come home and eat then walk. I ended up with over 6000 steps and I didn't wear my pedometer on the way to the pool. Hopefully,
I can do a great job today too.
Breakfast

I will drink a cup of water and go for my walk at 9.
Okay I am back and walked about 30 minutes for 4300 steps. Yea! I am on my second glass of water since I came back, that will make 30 ounces so far. At 10 I pick up ds2 from SAC. Dd is still asleep. It is 9:34 here in the morning.
Back from picking up ds2. Had a snack
Snack
WW smoothie 1pt.

banana 1pt
That is 7 points so far. I think I will take my daughter to the pool again. Gets me out of the house even though I am just laying out or standing/sittling in the pool.
Lunch

laughing cow 1 pt.

That is 11 points so far, my three milks taken care of, 4 glasses of water.
Back from a friend's pool, I drank a bottle water, ate

I am going to make King Ranch Chicken for the family, but I will have a WW meal. Let's see if I can keep away from grazing. Help me be strong.

That is a total of 21 pts. I am hoping that tomottow I have last a little more. Tomorrow, I pick up ds1 from basketball camp at Texas A&M. It will be great to see him again. I will drink some more water tonight, and my vitamin.
