The time is now
Last week was Labor Day, and WW was closed, I was going to go to WI on Tues, but when I got on the scales at home, they had gone up even higher. So I got my rear in gear and walked instead. I walked to the front of the subdivision to mail off a letter, a pretty good walk, about 10-11 songs worth. Then I walked the next 5 days, same distance. I am going to WW today and hope that the scales have moved down, they are down at home. I am hoping for a renewed outlook. I don't want to gain my weight back. I want to get closer to 140, instead of 150. When I get home I will try and walk if it is not too hot. The days have been glorious in the mornings and evenings, but still hot during the day. I will come back here and put what I weigh. I know I had to lose from last week, I just want to lose even more from the week before.
