Okay...
here we go. I gained .4, I know that is not alot, but I am within .2 of my goal weight and I like to be at least 5 lbs under goal. July was a fat month, gaining about 5 lbs. Now is the time to take it off. So far today I have had grapes, a bar worth 2 pts., and my WW smoothie. I had to buy a sandwich for my son for football practice. So...I biked. It was about 1.8 miles to and from. Yea me!!! I was going to drive, but I want to move more. Let's see if I can drop a lb this week. Good luck to you all too.
