I need to set some type of goals for August. July was not a good month for me. I ate more than I should, but now I have got to get moving. And I have to eat correct portions. I would like to get back down at least 7 lbs. That seems so hard to do. Why am I so hungry? I don't like that feeling. I have to get back to reality. Plus, I need to exercise. It is so hard though. DH and I went last week to eat Mexican food at a restaurant we used to frequest, El Gallo. It was fabulous, but fatty. It was so good, but I know that cannot be a habit. Why do social events center around food? Well, I am going to weigh in on Monday. It will probably be a gain from last week. I will try and go to the rec for some cardio. I am hoping to lose the 7 by the end of this month.
