Okay...
I did it. I lost .2 of a pound. Today I had a brisket sandwich with fritos. It was very good and very filling. Tomorrow, it is back to on program. No cheat. I think I am done with the cheats. It was a great move. I was satisfied. That doesn't happen often these days. My goal it to get to 145 by this next week. What do you think, do you think I can do that? Send prayers.
