What is going on?

I am now gaining weight.  And I want it to stop.  This is ridiculous.  I keep adding a pound.  I am going to have to really track and see where I am easing up.  I know I am messing up some way.  I have had fresh spinach, with tomatoes and mushrooms with my egg beaters.  Could extra veggies be the culprit?  I don't think so.  I had a lite sandwich with two point less evil chips.  I had a smart ones and salad for dinner plus a dessert from WW.  I had fruit, could this make the difference?  Man, it is so disturbing.  I am going to be really tight with food for the next few days.  Hopefully, this will help me lose.  I will try and get down to 140 by the end of the month.  I don't know if this is doable, that is 6 lbs, by next week, no I need to be more realistic.  Maybe down two by next weigh in.  Please send me losing vibes.  I can use all available vibes.  Good luck to you all.

I had never thought about a new unit being more energy efficient!!  I can use all the energy efficiency I can get, considering last month's electric bill was around $180!!

I am sending you some losing vibes - you have done so great I know you can lose a few more lbs!!  Keep it up - and I promise not to stress eat.  Luckily I don't have anything in the house to go crazy with, so that helps!
