Helloooooooo
I am back!!!! What a crazy time. Seems like each year I add, I gain another 10 lbs. I cannot keep doing this. Help me stop doing this to myself. I cannot fit in my clothes. So now I must start again! Please help me get back on track. I want to lose 2 pounds this next week,. HELP~~

i weighed in yesterday and lost 4.6 lbs. I was excited and a little sad, missing the 5 lb by just .4 of a lb. It has been hard. I do alot of talking, mostly out of eating stuff I really don't need. I went today and got a pedicure. I have done well today!! This morning I got on the scale and seemed to be 2 lbs. lower, but with Easter coming I am hoping to be strong that day. Hopefully, not too many candies.

The last couple of days has not been good. I am not eating clean. I am eating junk. I need to get into the groove of clean eating. I don't feel well, eating badly, feeling badly. Plus this morning I weighed 160.4 I will need to clean up my act. So here I go!!! Chat again soon

okay
I do well in the day, but the evenings are hard. I am back down to 159.4. I ate a turkey sandwich yesterday, two cups of coffee, some walnuts. After my son's winning basketball game yesterday, we went to IHOP. I had the regular breakfast, which includes two eggs, I ordered egg substitutes, two bacons, I ordered turkey bacon and hashbrowns. Then it came with two pumpkin pancakes. I had sugar free syrup and a cup of Irish creme coffee. It was good, and I feel I made some better choices, but it was still alot to eat.
Today we have another game to watch and we are planning on going to Cheddars tonight. Hope the boys win. I have had multigrain oatmeal with high fiber applesauce and a banana. I am quite full and hope I stay that way for a while. It is after 10, so if I can have a late lunch that will be good.

Oh man!!!
Oh, it was not a good evening. I had a small piece of chicken, that was good, one slice of brisket, a small baked potato with lemon, but then I had potato salad. It was yummy, then I added Fritos to the mix. Those last two did me in. Who knows how many calories I ate, then Hubby and I went to see Invictus , great movie, but it came with popcorn, and I love popcorn. Then I came home and had three to four cookies, cant remember. Sooooo, today I weighed 160.0. I really think alot of it is salt, as well. So today, I start again!!! Here I go. By Jan. I want to be about 155-157. I can do that in a week or two. That is so I can weigh in without having to pay. I am going to try and do WW religiously again. That makes keeping the weight off just a little easier with the reminder and good tips I get from the meetings. So off to have breakfast.
You all have a great day. It will be busy for me. DS2 wants a ride to the movies with some of his friends. DD has Kumon, that we will have to just pick up work. DS1 has a tournament game in Conroe, which is about an hour away without traffic, so we will have to leave earlier. Then DD has swim, which our neighbor will be able to take her from 7:15-8:30 pm. It should be a fun day. Oh and I am going to try and take one of the trees down. The big tree in the family room. I will leave th tree in the study up for a bit more. Have a great day!!!
