Busy day today..

Well I thought I might have a relaxing day house cleaning but I have to run clear across town to get Dan's check.. UGH !

I have already mowed the lawn and have started cleaning somewhat ..

I am soooooooooo excited.. I can fit into Danny's shorts.. and his shirts fit me.. YEAH !! I tried once to put on a pair of his shorts and they didn't even come up over my thighs.. He was happy and said he was proud.. NOW IF I COULD ONLY START THOSE CRUNCHES>>>>>>>>>>>..

WEIGH DAY !!!!

I really need to keep this thing current.. Been okay as far as calories but only have put in 15 miles since Thursday.. I am gonna try harder... I weighed in today and to my suprise I am down 1 lb.. TO 211.. I can't believe it !! I am thrilled with any loss now.. Hopefully I can see the 100's by mid May or so..

Okay ... Friday wasn't such a good day.. I went over my 1200 calories to 1800.. I did get the water in and also 5 miles..

Yesterday was about 1500 with 4-16.9 oz of water and 5 miles..I can't seem to get those crunches in..

GOOD Start

Well, it is 6:30 am and I have my 5 miles in... Yeah !! I am going to do my crunches at work.. I am also gonna get my water in at work as well..

It is raining super bad this am and I am not looking forward to driving in today..

Tomorrow is the first day of my new commitment to weight loss.. I have been in such a rut and need something new to inspire me.. I think this may be it..

My plan is simple 1200 calories 6 days a week and 1600 one day a week.. 96 oz of water daily.. 5 miles on bike.. and 100 crunches.. I have made this plan before but never quite followed through on it.. This journal will be my new start.. I will be at goal by August 27th...
