Went to yoga last night. Was amazing. Why did I leave it so long? Crazy.
I am down a bit more. Getting closer to my pre-xmas eating patterns.

Hey there! Just wanted to check in and say hello! Yoga sounds great right now. I did some major stretching today and my body sounded like popcorn popping! It felt sooo good!!! :-)
How's life besides dieting/exercise?
