Going to the gym tomorrow morning. Haven't been much but more than none! I need to do some extra this week because I'm going to a fondu (sp?) restaurant on Saturday with some friends. Girls night out, can't say no to that!!
We had breakfast the other day at The Pancake House and I got a bowl of fruit instead of the yummy stuff they were eating!! Was pretty good, tho. Then said no to cinnamon pretzles while we were at the mall. I'm pretty proud of myself! I hope it shows in the scale!
I'm starting two 12 week challenges tomorrow. One at this site and one thru the people we get our Herbalife from. It's for anyone, not just herbalife ppl. I'm guessing we won't be able to weigh in naked....DOH! So I'll get to see that lovely number higher. Oh well, I guess as long as it goes down it's ok.
I've also been more hungry the last few days (could be in my head) but I went for an extra snack bar or fruit. Oh, I also put a twin bed together for my dd so there's my weight training! LOL Well, that's my update!
