WI Result
Morning All,
Well I lost a lb on Friday to take me to 11st exactly and I got my 3rd Silver 7.
Why do they call it a silver 7 when the star you get on the WW website is pink? odd.
Today was the first day of my new leaf, and I got up at 7am and went for a run in the sunshine before work. It was only a leisurly 3k, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. 3 more runs planned for wed afternoon, fri afternoon and sunday morning to build me up to 5k, and from next Monday I will be working on improving my 5k time over the next 3 weeks for RFL on the 7th June!

mid week wobbles
don't know if I mentioned it, but I lost 2lbs on Friday, yippee!
I'm now having mid week wobbles though, was a bit naughty yesterday and I'm showing a 2lb gain this morning :( really hoping if I pull out all the stops I can have a sts or maybe even lose a lb come WI.

its been a while!!
Well I've been on holiday, got engaged in NYC, had a fab time, didn't gain any weight, woohoo!! Got back 2 weeks ago and I still haven't lost anything though, reaaaallllly need to get back on the losing streak, wedding is planned for April next year in NYC so I have a year to lose 3stone which is totally achievable.

sticky weekend
hmm, drank too much, ate too much, didn't exercise at all and as a result this mornings sneaky peek is showing a 5lb GAIN! 
There will be no more sneaky peeks this week by order of challenge queen OB, so I'm going to have to wing it and hope for the best of Friday. I've got poweplate at lunchtime today, and gym after work, so hoping that I won't be in too much pain tomorrow for another gym session!
On a happier note, the powerplate is definitely working. My thighs feel less wobbly and my trousers are loose and my bum is definitely less orange peely!

WI Result
well I lost 2lbs which isn't bad. I went to the gym 3 times and had PT at the powerplate studio twice, so was hoping for a bit more! 4lbs to go until the 10s.
Took my measurements last night, first time since september, they're not good!
Waist - 33in +1in
Hips - 38in sts
Bust - 38in -2in
Thighs - 23in - sts
Calves - 15.5in -0.5in
Tops of Arms - 12in sts
i've gained an inch on my waist and i have no idea how! Really not impressed with these results at all, but I haven't really lost any weight since then either as I've been yoyoing, so we'll see what happens in 6 weeks when I'm finished with the powerplate!

*Breathes Sigh of Relief*
My holiday has been postponed till the 30th March, so now I have 6 weeks to get bikini ready instead of 2. Pheeeeew!! I am a wee bit gutted as was looking forward to getting away, but I'm glad I've got a 2nd chance to get into the 10's for it and not look so whale-ish in photos!
Sneaky peek this morning is showing a lb loss and its only Tuesday, I'm really hoping not to self sabotige as I would love a great loss on Friday, haven't had a big loss for so long, really need one!

well I'm a jammy bitch, managed to sts, 0bps earned, 0pts counted all week.
I am now firmly back on the wagon and will be pointing everything and exercising lots. Holiday in 2 weeks and the panic is on!!

ho hum
so this week has been a total write off. I haven't pointed a thing all week and haven't been to the gym either. I've been sooooooooo tired! Today I can hardly lift my legs to walk never mind run, my eyelids feel so heavy too. Won't be going tonight, but next week I'll be there with bells on. Sneaky peeks showing a sts so far, so hopefully I wont have a gain tomorrow. Fingers crossed !!

It's been a while!
so i'm back on the wagon & back at the gym after my christmas rib injury! Training for a 5k in June, so hoping to up my distance to 5k in the next 2 weeks, then work on my speed. Would really like to do the 5k in under 25mins.
Don't really have much else to say, going on holiday in 4 weeks, so I'm really trying to get as much weight off as possible without starving myself, hoping all the extra running will help me tone up...I've definitely noticed my legs getting curvier, i've got a huge muscle on my thigh, just above the knee, will look great when I get rid of the fat around it hehe. Also my calves are getting smaller, running must be lengthening them rather that bulking them out, I can now wear my wellies without them cutting off the circulation, great in this stupid wet/snowy weather, shame I can't run in them, LOL!
