WI Result
well I lost 2lbs which isn't bad. I went to the gym 3 times and had PT at the powerplate studio twice, so was hoping for a bit more! 4lbs to go until the 10s.
Took my measurements last night, first time since september, they're not good!
Waist - 33in +1in
Hips - 38in sts
Bust - 38in -2in
Thighs - 23in - sts
Calves - 15.5in -0.5in
Tops of Arms - 12in sts
i've gained an inch on my waist and i have no idea how! Really not impressed with these results at all, but I haven't really lost any weight since then either as I've been yoyoing, so we'll see what happens in 6 weeks when I'm finished with the powerplate!

Grats on the 2lb loss! If you are working out I would maybe wait and remeasure yourself next month. The gain in the waist might be from a few different things like water retension ect. :)

You've done so well - and well done for your efforts at the gym, it's a big commitment going 3 times a week and it will pay off! Just look at your graph, it looks brilliant - I wish mine showed such a steady weight loss - and don't worry about yo-yoing, you've got 6 weeks of power plating to get yourself back on track!
