It's been a while!
so i'm back on the wagon & back at the gym after my christmas rib injury! Training for a 5k in June, so hoping to up my distance to 5k in the next 2 weeks, then work on my speed. Would really like to do the 5k in under 25mins.
Don't really have much else to say, going on holiday in 4 weeks, so I'm really trying to get as much weight off as possible without starving myself, hoping all the extra running will help me tone up...I've definitely noticed my legs getting curvier, i've got a huge muscle on my thigh, just above the knee, will look great when I get rid of the fat around it hehe. Also my calves are getting smaller, running must be lengthening them rather that bulking them out, I can now wear my wellies without them cutting off the circulation, great in this stupid wet/snowy weather, shame I can't run in them, LOL!
