WI Result

I'm a couple of days early I know, but I've got lots on the next couple of days.

 

I lost 2lbs and got my 10% FINALLY!!

Meh

I haven't blogged for ages, I just cant be arsed at the moment.

 

The weight loss is going well at the moment, scales are going down and my clothes appear to be getting bigger.  I'm on a mission to be in the 10's for Xmas, 6lbs & 4 weeks to go.  Sneaky peeks from the weekend are reporting a 4lb loss which seems a bit mental to me, but I got on the scales at least 6 times to check it and 11st 1lb is what it says!  Let's hope I can keep it like that until my WI on Wednesday.

I'm weighing in early this week as I have a two day party to attend on Wed & Thurs and I dont want to gain.  I will definitely pull it back before next WI though.

 

 

Evil Dean is No More

 *waiiiiiiiiils*  how am I going to stick to the gym without my PT????????? 


Luckily I've roped him into doing a training plan for a 10k run for me, so hopefully that will keep me interested in the gym.  After Xmas I might look into getting another PT, but I don't really like the other guy that much, he seems a bit slimy to me.


Had a great day food wise today, perhaps a little heavy on the carbs, but I needed them for my final PT session today, it was a killer.  On sneaky peek inspection it appears i have already lost a lb, so hopefully it will only go down between now and Friday.  I really really really want to lose 3lbs to take me 2lbs away from my 10% and 6lbs away from my xmas goal.  Tomorrow is looking a bit carb heavy aswell, so I will probably change my menu to incorporate more protein.

WI Result

Lost a lb.  Really pleased as the scales were showing a 3lb gain on Wednesday. 

 

We're going to Glasgow again this weekend, SIL's 40th tonight and staying at my mums, so I'm going to have to be very careful with food today.  I want to stick to my normal 19pts so I can have pizza & watch xfactor on Sat night without stressing about points too much.  My mums a feeder though and so is Mals mum!

I've just had another look at the photo's from the weekend thinking 'they can't be that bad' but they're 1000 times worse.  I look massive.  Much Much Much bigger than what I thought I looked like.

I don't know what is wrong with me today! I've already had a slice of toast, porridge & lentil soup and I'm still starving.  Also had 2 cups of tea, a coffee & a litre of water, so I'm not thirsty.  My body knows I'm on a mission and is trying to sabotage me!!

Weekend & WI Result

Lost a lb on Friday.  I am now the same weight as I was 6 weeks ago, grrrrr!! I'm determined to be 11st7lbs on Friday or I might kill.

 

My weekend was good fun wise, food wise it probably couldnt have been any worse! I'm 15pts over for the week already, but I'm determined to claw that back without using BPs, so will be living on 0pt soup for the rest of the week.  It shouldn't be a problem, OH is working nights all week, so I won't have him to tempt me with bad things, work, gym, soup then bed is this weeks plan!  I need to lose 2lbs minimum.

Struggle Struggle

well I got up early and went to the gym this morning, but only managed a 20 min interval run at my new speeds.  Its so much harder running faster!!!! Probably due to the fact that I didn't have anything to eat before I went and I forgot to get a bottle of water before I went in, so halfway through it I was totally starving and sooo dehydrated.  I need to make sure I can do at least 25mins tomorrow morning.  must remember breakfast, must remember breakfast!!

 

Food wise I'm doing good.  Hardly ate a thing on Saturday, just wasn't hungry.  I think I had 11pts all day.  I made up for it on Sunday though, went about 6pts over, which was almost covered by the BPs i've earned this morning so we're all good.  Sneaky Peek this morning shows a sts which is good since its still 4 days till WI and i've got a PT session on Wed too.  I really need a decent loss this week, 3lbs would be grrrrreat, but I will settle for 2.  I know its not healthy, but I'm hoping to lose 2-3lbs a week from now until Christmas.  It'll never happen.  But a girl can hope!

 

 

Saturday

I can't really call this day * on the wagon, as I've been off it for 2 days lol, well not off it as such, I was pretty good on Thurs, only went over points with alcohol, and I don't normally point that anyway, and yesterday was my SHD so I suppose this really is day 6 on the wagon, I think its day 6 anyway, my maths is shocking. 

Glasgow on Thurs was fab, I was sooooo drunk and probably made a complete twat of myself, but I was in good company so who gives a damn! I'm so busy this week its unbelievable,  I need to be in the gym every day, PT on wed and he's putting my time up agaaain.  Also I've got a housewarming party in Glasgow on Saturday night and lunch with the mothership on Sat afternoon, plus I've got a shitload of work to catch up on as I actually haven't done a thing for 3 months, boss is coming on Tuesday, so I better get it done before then lol.

Today is my SLD, 14pts, of which I used 5.5pts on a bacon roll.  I'm making about 50 pots of 0pt soup today though, so that should keep me in a state of warm cosy fullness for the week.  Mushroom, Carrot & Coriander & maybe some Carrot & Ginger.  God knows where I'm going to store it, Sainsburys have just been so my fridge & freezer are completely full.  It's like fridge jenga trying to get anything out!


Anyway, I only popped on here to get away from the housework for 5 mins, so I better get my rubber gloves back on

WI Result & Day 4 on the wagon

lost a lb.  Pretty pleased with that as only been on the wagon for 4 days out of 7.  Im going to try and be extra good today and have my SHD tomorrow as normal.  Decided that having it a day early would just mess up my head and I'd end up having 2 or 3 SHD's lol.

 

PT last night was eviiiiiil! Im seriously hurting today.  He is the devil in a tracksuit, I swear to it.  Running speed up to 10kph, Xtrainer resistance up to 4 & 10 for interval, weights, squats, abs & press ups eeeeek! my sides and armpits hurt the most probably from those evil 'flies' is that the correct term for this form of torture? Im pretty sure it is. 

 

I need to get a new PT in 4 weeks-ish as evil dean is leaving me  

 

I did my measurements last night and they are exactly the same as they were 4 weeks ago. I was annoyed, but I don't know why, as I'm the same weight as I was 4 weeks ago, lost and gained the same 2lbs for 4 weeks, but I'm back on the wagon big time and will start losing again properly hopefully.  I really really reallly want a stone off for xmas, plus a good few inches, so I better get working hard, only 4 weeks left of PT so better make it worthwhile!
