Ride a bike more than 30 minute for everyday....<br /> 2. Swimming!!!!<br /> 3. No more sitting! <br /> 4. Keep track of my energy<br /> 5. Drink a lot of water more than 1 gallon per day<br /> 6. Lose some weight before gone to Germany for a month and 2 weeks<br /> 7. Keep myself be positive and DO IT!<br /> --------------------------------------------------------<br /> <br /> From May, I have been busy <span style="font-weight: normal">with</span> my college that is getting closer to be finished! Well.. I was not drinking a lot of the water a lot because I not want to deal <span style="font-weight: normal">with</span> bathroom issue while I am in college, working, and home.... I not want to stop to middle of my homework and gone to bathroom!<br /> <br /> Right now, I am <span style="font-weight: normal">almost</span><span style="font-weight: normal">done</span><span style="font-weight: normal">with</span><span style="font-weight: normal">spring</span><span style="font-weight: normal">term</span><b>.</b> I will be off from June 11 to 23...Return to a summer <span style="font-weight: normal">term</span>tocontinued<span style="font-weight: normal">with</span> some classes that needed to be finished before I graduated next year in 2009. I am soooo EXCITED!!!! I can't wait !!!! Ha!<br /> <br /> Since I am doing <span style="font-weight: normal">with</span> college issues, I been sitting a lot on the chair and freak <span style="font-weight: normal">with</span> a computer more than 16 hours for some weekends that I had been stuck <span style="font-weight: normal">with</span> a lot of papers!!!<br /> <br /> Some ways, I haven't any track <span style="font-weight: normal">with</span> foods to eating sometime... because I was not really hungry but tends to be very hungry in early dinner! <br /> <br /> I am not really KIND of worried about my weight but felt about that I did not well at a moment for May of the month. Oh well! I am not going to give up! I want to lose the weight and shape my body!<br /> Last June 2, Monday after college, I stopped at Curves and checked out for my weight and measurement report! <br /> <br /> Wow!!!!! <br /> <br /> Do you want to know?? It already passed my goal! I was kind of shocked and asked myself, &quot;Did I do that? Or not?&quot; cause I been sitting a lot and not doing good <span style="font-weight: normal">with</span> foods and liquids? That what I am pointed how can I do??? I not wanted to be brag but HOW?????!!!!!!<br /> <br /> I just figure it out that I need to drink a lot of liquid... Just wait till June 12 that I will be on a ceremony that I am on PTK ( Phi Theta Kappa ). I had been doing so hard work since June 2005 in college of high GPA over 3.00... <span style="font-weight: normal">Almost</span> to 4.00 but I been doing closer to 4.00 from 3.88! Anyway..
