UPDATEEEEEEE
I am thinking about this summer right now.....
Goals:
1. Ride a bike more than 30 minute for everyday....
2. Swimming!!!!
3. No more sitting!
4. Keep track of my energy
5. Drink a lot of water more than 1 gallon per day
6. Lose some weight before gone to Germany for a month and 2 weeks
7. Keep myself be positive and DO IT!

From May, I have been busy with my college that is getting closer to be finished! Well.. I was not drinking a lot of the water a lot because I not want to deal with bathroom issue while I am in college, working, and home.... I not want to stop to middle of my homework and gone to bathroom!
Right now, I am almostdonewithspringterm. I will be off from June 11 to 23...Return to a summer termtocontinuedwith some classes that needed to be finished before I graduated next year in 2009. I am soooo EXCITED!!!! I can't wait !!!! Ha!
Since I am doing with college issues, I been sitting a lot on the chair and freak with a computer more than 16 hours for some weekends that I had been stuck with a lot of papers!!!
Some ways, I haven't any track with foods to eating sometime... because I was not really hungry but tends to be very hungry in early dinner!
I am not really KIND of worried about my weight but felt about that I did not well at a moment for May of the month. Oh well! I am not going to give up! I want to lose the weight and shape my body!
Last June 2, Monday after college, I stopped at Curves and checked out for my weight and measurement report!
Wow!!!!!
Do you want to know?? It already passed my goal! I was kind of shocked and asked myself, "Did I do that? Or not?" cause I been sitting a lot and not doing good with foods and liquids? HA!

Body Fat Pounds~ -7.54 off!
See see seee seeeeee!!!!!! That what I am pointed how can I do??? I not wanted to be brag but HOW?????!!!!!!
I just figure it out that I need to drink a lot of liquid... I miss to be drinking a lot because I liked to keep my body sweats when I was exercised.
Can you help me out to see how can I reduce some inches on my arms, thighs, and tummy... well?

By the way, I not want to put a picture.. Just wait till June 12 that I will be on a ceremony that I am on PTK ( Phi Theta Kappa ). I had been doing so hard work since June 2005 in college of high GPA over 3.00... Almost to 4.00 but I been doing closer to 4.00 from 3.88! Anyway.. So I can look for a nice dress that can fit me to see how I feeling? I will attachment the pictures on post this week or so!
