another good day!
Hello everybody
I had another great workout at the gym today and I managed to burn 900 calories. I am really starting to get use to visiting the gym on a daily basis, I actually feel funny when I dont have a chance to make although I'll just use my treadmill for 30-45 minutes on those days (which isn't often). I have also notice a change in my eating habits I tend to read labels more and go for the smaller portions, I am even up to 100oz of water a day now which also helps me to control my hunger (thanks to the advise of kellmer r).
