Has anyone tried Alli???

Good afternoon everybody,

I hope that everyone had a wonderful 4th of July!!! I was wondering if anyone is currently using Alli or if anyone has tried it. Please let me know how it worked for you.

I got you this morning and weighed myself and to my surprise I am down three pounds. The only thing is I'm a little bored with my regular routine. Does anybody have any insight on a few good aerobics DVDs? Well that's all for now, I hope you all have a great weekend!!!

It's been a while

Good morning everybody,

 

 

Today is the day that I plan to get back on track considering I have not posted in approximately a year, and needless to say I have gained back some of the weight that I previously lost. I looked in the mirror at myself and said this is a ridiculous sight and I need to do something about it before it really get's out of control, so here I am ,and I know with a little support and a few pointers and tips from you all I can beat this weight thing. Well that's pretty much about it..I didn't mean to ramble on about nothing...To all have a great day!!!

Hey Yall It's Me

Hey Everybody,

I'm sorry it's been a minute since I last posted but, I have been so busy it's unreal. I have managed to stay on track although I have had some rough days. There were sometimes when I just felt as if losing this weight is not even worth all of the sacrifices(meat lovers pizza, edy's cherry chocolate chip ice cream, etc) then one day out of the blue I tried on a pair of pants that I had not put on in a minute and I was able to get into them...Boy I was really geeked. Then it all started coming back to me, although I still can't really tell when I look at myself  in the mirror. A  handful of people have noticed that I have dropped a few pounds. I would also like to that all of you for your support and concerns when you drop me a personal line just to check up on me when you notice that I am missing in action, that really means alot to me.

I know it has been a little while since my last post, but I have been extremely busy. I have still managed to keep up with my workouts and continue to lose weight. I want to thank everybody for all of there support and concern when they notice that I had not been posting, that really means alot to me and again I say Thank You and Happy Weight Loss to all.

Hi everybody

Hello Everybody,

I just wanted to let everybody know that everything is going great. I have also gotten much better with my workouts and I am now able to run on the treadmill where as before I could only walk. I also tend to make wiser food choices even when I go out for fast food, but don't get me wrong I do have french fries every now and then and it seems as if I enjoy them more now than I did before when I was just stuffing everything into my mouth. Well have and good day and I wish you well on your weight loss goals.

Still on the right track

Hello everybody,

I know that I have not post in a little while, but I was busy studying for finals and all that good stuff. I am still working out and watching what I eat  although it does get a little tough at times. I just try to remain positive and tell myself I can and I will win this battle and so far it has been working, as I am down a total of I believe 13.5lbs (so hooray for me). I hope that everyone has had the same continued success as myself. Have a Happy Day!!

another good day!

Hello everybody

I had another great workout at the gym today and I managed to burn 900 calories. I am really starting to get use to visiting the gym on a daily basis, I actually feel funny when I dont have a chance to make although I'll just use my treadmill for 30-45 minutes on those days (which isn't often). I have also notice a change in my eating habits I tend to read labels more and go for the smaller portions, I am even up to 100oz of water a day now which also helps me to control my hunger (thanks to the advise of  kellmer r). I see myself thin

Good Sunday everyone,

I just got back from the gym and I had a great workout today. I managed to burn 800 calories today and I am so proud of myself. I even notice a difference in my breathing, I do get so winded as quickly as I use to and I also see improvement in my endurance, not to mention a change in the scale. As I said before just little steps at a time and I will see myself thin in due time :) I hope all of you are doing just as well if not better on your weight lost journey too...Have a wonderful day!!!

Please Help!

Good evening everyone,

I went to the gym as planned today but  I felt a little tired, I didn't burn as  many calories as I would have liked but I did manage to burn 720 today.  I seem to have a bit of a problem (I think). I always feel a little hungry for some reason. For the past  maybe week or so I've been staying between 1200-1500 calories a day, but  I always feel a little hungry, I don't know if  it's a mind thing or what. I have some how been able to get through it , but I don't want to end up caving in to value meal with fries or a all meat pizza with green peppers and mushrooms one day. Does anybody know of anything that I can possible eat that is low calorie/low fat that can possible hold me over between meals. Then again I don't know if  I'm hungry of if it is a mind thing because I am so use to eating all the time, my stomach is just use to being full all the time.
