I DID IT!!!
Just had to post that i did my excersises. And it was pretty fun too. It said i burned around 200 calories, so ill take it!!! Yay for me!

Just had to post that i did my excersises. And it was pretty fun too. It said i burned around 200 calories, so ill take it!!! Yay for me!
So today marks day 3 of being on plan! yay for me!! Last night I really wanted to cheat but talked myself out of it. Thank goodness. Once im on plan for a while, then i stick to it ya know. But once im off, it takes me a while to get back on. But i will get back on i know it. And so far so good. I am pretty sure i dropped those 2 lbs i gained last week, so im sure it was from TOM. So that makes me happy. Hopefully, this week i will lose. My goal is 3 this week, I think i can do it. No i will do it.
Today, I plan on excercising since im off and have no excuses. My boyfriend bought me a game for his playstation 2, I cant think of the title, but u use the eye toy with it. It has a personal trainer and such on it, and you see yourself doing the moves on the tv. My boyfriend got it for me since I liked the nintendo wii sports package. So he thought i would enjoy this, and we cant afford the wii he said, lol. But boy is that wii a workout. I played it nonstop for hours with my little brother and my older brothers girlfriend for hours over new years weekend. OH MY WAS I SORE FOR DAYS!!! LOL. And a fun game to i should add. Lol. So hopefully i will get into the game for ps2. He also got me some dancing game, so we shall see.
Last night my boyfriend rented The Illusionist. Very good movie. I would recommend it to everyone, even if you think it may not be your kind of movie. I did not think it was my kind of movie, but i enjoyed it. It had a twist in the ending which i kinda thought about but thought, no. lol. So check it out if you want to rent a movie and dont know what to get. My boyfriend and I love movies so if anyone has any suggestions let me know. And books too, always looking for a good book.
In other news, I think i am over my coffee addiciton. These last few days coffee has tasted like crap to me. Yay!!! Coffee is not worth me not losing weight. So hopefully, no more coffee going into my mouth. yes. Everyone have a great day, I know i will!!Bye!!
Ok so i dont even know why i do it, but i do it anyway. I go way over my points on weekends. I totally did not stick to my diet at all. I cant give excuses because I have none. I cant let my self think that there are reasons i did it and that it is ok because it is not ok. And i have to be accountable for my actions. Which is why I am writing this blog post. Boy i dont even remember exactly what I ate, but i know i ate. And I also know it wasnt worth it. Why do i do this to myself. However I will say that i did very good today. So i will give myself some credit. lol. And tomorrow I will make sure i follow plan to. I think tonight I will write what I am going to eat tomorrow. So that I dont go over again. I need to figure out what exactly causes me to binge and why. And what my trigger foods are. I know pizza is one, and I never knew that until just recently. I didnt even think I was a pizza person, but hey I am. And once I have pizza I want it all the time. So I have succeeded in staying away from pizza. Other than that I really do not know what other trigger foods I have. But I will keep an eye out for foods that trigger me to binge. And then stay away from them. lol. Ok so thats it for tonight. So my weigh in was today and I gained 2 lbs. No big deal considering I have my tom and new it was going to come up as a gain so I wore jeans to my weigh in. But I am not worried about it. This week is a new week! And this week I am going to try to excersise more since I know I dont do nearly enough. Its def. one of my weak points in this whole losing weight thing. But I will get better and get myself on a schedule. Well off to relax since i have been going non stop today and I have to work 8 hours tomorrow. Bye everyone!

Ok so this week has not been a very good one. The last few weeks have been very tough for me. I did really good last week and the week before and hardly lost anything. Which is ok, because I have figured out it is from all the coffee I drink and now know I have to watch how much I drink a day. Which has not been an easy task. And tomorrow I am due for my monthly visitor and weigh in is on saturday so this weigh in wont be a good one either. However I am not gonna be dissapointed about it. I will move on and continue the the tough process of losing weight, no matter how long it takes. So I will continue to post as often as I can and when I feel I need to. Oh and I didnt even introduce myself. My name is Maryann and ive been on weight watchers since the end of september. I live with my boyfriend of 3 and a half years and I am a hairstylist at a salon.
