Cheeseburger in Podunk
That's right, I ate it. Gosh it was so good. Big, too. The fries were cold but I snarfed those down as well. I felt really full afterwards. Too full. I don't regret it. Well, maybe the cold fries. Anyhow, I stayed within my calorie range once I got home from work. I suppose we are all going to splurge now and then. It's keeping it in balance, forgiving ourselves and moving forward that really counts. It's a good day for ducks and like a cavewoman, I let the weather dictate my food intake. Hard times are over my dear. Food is available at all times despite the forecast.
