1.5 and I'll Take It
A loss that is. It's been a hard week and I have the cold sore to prove it. Enough about my ailment, I lost 1.5 and am pleased. I exercised every day this week for at least 30 minutes. I vacuumed and mopped last night for my Thursday night workout. Had a good talk with my weightloss counselor and am feeling like a Pretenders' song once more. My goal for this upcoming week is 45 minutes per day. I exceeded my 30 minute per day exercise goal for last week.
