GOAL ACCOMPLISHED
It amazes me that it only took about 100 days to reach my goal. The mark of 180 also seems like a nice place to stay at or below for the rest of my life.
It's interesting that one must come to the point of making a definite decision to do something for yourself and for your health and then follow through on the commitment. But none of this would have happened if Ron and Carolyn had not come to St. George for a visit.
Now I must keep working to maintain this weight and share my success with others. The program works as long as you stick with it. And besides, the company gives a 30 day money back guarantee. Nothing to lose for trying it!

75% THERE!!!
It took 41 days to get half way to my goal of 40 pounds, now I am 75% of the way, which took another 14 days. The progress is pretty steady, as you can see from my chart below.

Half Way There
Twenty pounds gone, twenty more to go!
My progress has been very good, but the next 20 pounds will probably take more than the 30 days that the first 20 pounds took.
Jake, Linda will be there in a few days to take your picture and get you started.

No feelings of hunger
It's nice to be able to lose weight without having those feelings of hunger. My body is getting enough calories to work and exercise without being hungry. I have been riding the bike every day for up to an hour and more. I even lost some on Tuesday when Kingsley was in town and we went to Olive Garden for lunch!

excuses, excuses, excuses
Yes, I gained a little back! But I have a GOOD excuse. I did not exercise yesterday, it was Easter, and I had a bigger meal than usual. Enough said!!

Just Keep Going
Yesterday was a Cleanse day. I had no regular meals, just the doses of Cleanse for Life and lots of water. I also rode the bike to Bloomington and back (11.7 miles) in the morning, went to the St. George Art Festival mid-day and went on a short hike in Toquerville in the afternoon. In spite of being outside and getting a good dose of sun, I never really felt hungry, although I would have liked some real food. The net result was a loss of two pounds and a mild sunburn.

Everything is Good!
The diet seems to be working fine. I did two days of IsaClean; took no extra food and never felt hungry on either day, one of which included a long bike ride.
Yesterday I rode about 8 miles, had one meal (steak and brown rice) in the middle of the day, had IsaLean shakes for two meals, and went to work. Only problem was when I heard on the radio that Ohio State was losing to Florida with only a couple of minutes left in the game--I was planning to watch the replay of the game without knowing the results!
Lost 0.5 pounds yesterday--not bad. Things will probably level off for a few days.
