50 lbs! I cant even imagine. you have to post updated pictures! Stay as close to your diet as possible so that you will be able to maintain good health. Your blog is so interesting. I am glad that you are having such good results. I agree with Melissa...be proud of yourself. This is excellent news! Treat yourself to a new outfit.
