Before After

1 Month Post-Op

I can't believe that it has been a month today.  On one hand, it feels like just yesterday but on the other hand it feels like FOREVER ago!

My weight today is 325.3.  That makes my official loss so far 29.9 pounds.  You know what?  I'm counting it as 30 pounds.  If I had not had water before I weighed in or if I had gone to the bathroom, I would have easily been 0.1 pounds lighter.  That means that my first month's goal is met!   WOOOHOOO!

Have a great day!

hello

Congrats on your weight loss to date! It is such an amazing loss! If its not too personal, how was the surgery, any complications, do you have to do anything special after the surgery? I know I may sound nosey but my dr said..."oh if i knew insurance would pay for it right now...i would recommend you" But being only 239, Im doing the diet thing first! Good luck

Good for you

for making a choice to loss weight.  I am glad you are lossing weight and your numbers look good! I looked into this over a year ago. I was not  able to get past the phone call with them.  Since then I have joined Jenny Craig and have lost 30 pounds.  I am proud of you and good luck!!

wooohoooo!!!!

that is so awesome!!!!

so much is has been going on....but your words stayed w/ me... =)   another three month wait...... i will get there and when i do i'll be a little more stronger...=)

i'm so excited for you!!!!!!!!

how has eating going....what stage are you at ?  have you found a good protein replacement ?  that seems to be the hardest thing or so i've read.

So exciting

I've been reading your blog and it's so exciting to hear about how your weight is going down and how you are doing.

More surgery?

Hi....when I lost 90 pounds 10 years ago I found that I looked worse naked than I did before I lost the weight.  I had such saggy skin which bothered me more than the fat did.  It hung like an apron on me.

Not trying to discourage you, but do you plan on having the excess skin removed surgically?   I wore elastic under wear to try to hold it in.  I can really see the difference in your pics already.  I hope all goes well for you!            Sandy
