Not sure if you're on WW or not, but they have a 0 point veggie soup - I need to pick up supplies and make this myself! Another 'free' snack is celery with salsa on it, pretty tasty actually. And for a really low point idea, why not a little dip with your fave veggies? If you truly are hungry, and not thirsty, you should have a little something.

You can do it as long as you KNOW you can do it.  Hunger is easy to get past when you fill your time with other activities or by drinking LOTS of water.  Also, ask your self if you need it or want it.  If you REALLY want it and don't want to tell yourself no, give it to yourself in small portions.  I use my toddler's dishes when I eat something I shouldn't...including his silverware.  My BMI was almost 47.5, too.  At 26 years old, 385 pounds and 6'4", I was huge.  I am down to 289 now and still give in to ice cream and cereal (my favs).  No big.  Exercise has become a HUGE part of my life and after the first couple weeks, I now love it!!!!!

Go find a couple of Biggest Loser episodes to watch online, then look up pictures of clothing you'd like to wear someday.  Find your focus!  You can do this!

Yes you can do this.
 
If you are hungry, and it is true stomach hunger, then eat something hun.  You won't succeed if you feel you are always hungry.
 
On the other hand, thirst and boredom are more often the reason we eat than true hunger, so try to be sure.
 
If you are sticking to a calorie limit (not sure your approach, sorry) then perhaps you need to start making more filling choices?  Rice crackers and salsa can fill you up with little calorie damage.  Of course so can fruit and vegetables!  Have you tried having a batch of vege soup you can eat when you are hungry?

You can do this, but be sure you are eating enough.  We need to eat to lose weight.  If you get too hungry, it will set you up for temptation, etc

Yes you can!

My BMI is exactly where yours is.  I just joined WW today with a friend from work.  I agree with the other posters...if you are truly hungry - have a filling but low calorie meal or snack.  But try drinking some water first and see if that helps.
 
You can do it!!  And just as important to understand - you are not alone :)
