Okay, after checking the support groups I find there are very few men if any.so now i ahve to fugre out how the women will feel if a man joins their gruop . At this point is seems like trial and errror.
Welcome to EP! I don't think any women will be offended if you join "their" groups. Join whatever you think applies to you. You deserve the same support that we all get here. We don't discriminate.
