Worked out this morning. Trying to get a new attitude torward loosing weight. I am going to try better portion control.

Okay, after checking the support groups I find there are very few men if any.so now i ahve to fugre out how the women will feel if a man joins their gruop . At this point is seems like trial and errror.
this is my first day not sure what i am doing. i hope to find a lot of support or at least some who can show me my way around the sight and how to use it.
