Down a wee bit :)

Happy to see that I am down almost a full pound. Of course, BK probably hasn't been completely digested since yesterday...but I will enjoy the downward tilt for the time being.
So far, been good in the food dept today and should do MUCH better than yesterday since I've already drank more water than yesterday and there will be no trip to BK.
I have stayed away from the Halloween candy today. I really haven't been enjoying candy lately...and so when I remind myself of that, it's easier to just not reach for it in the first place. Today, when I wanted/needed a little something sweet, I grabbed a no sugar added ice cream crunch bar from Blue Bunny. I really like them a lot.
No..just need to get on the Gazelle today to be REALLY proud of myself.  

A Good Day

I haven't hopped on the scale today, but am encouraged by how well I behaved in the food dept.
Breakfast-1 cup of International Coffee's Macha Latte and 1 slice of honey wheat toast with a VERY thin coating of PB on it. I was not full, but told myself to just DEAL.
Lunch-Got a call at the last minute to be treated to BK. Ate a small DB cheeseburger, small onion rings, and 1 value size Dr. Pepper. My dessert was a value(child) sized chocolate shake.
Dinner-Was still very comfortable from lunch, so ate a VERY small portion of cheese ravioli in marinara sauce and half a slice of cheesy garlic bread. 1 glass of sweet tea.
Dessert-1 chocolate lolly pop.

This may not seem extremely good eating for most, but the fact that my ONLY snitch from the Halloween bucket was that lolly pop...it WAS a successful day.

My goal tomorrow is to actually get some water in me.

Also, I began my exercise routine today. Per dr's orders, had to hit the gazelle slow at first. So, only did 1 mile, 110 calories burned in 10 minutes.(gonna check my food tracker to see how many of my breakfast calories I burned off) Tomorrow, I'm bumping it up to 1.5 miles in 15 minutes. And hopefully, if all goes well, Thursday will see me up to 2 miles in 20 minutes. 2 miles normally takes me about 24 minutes though...so I'm trying to step up the intensity a bit. 

Nov 3rd

I'm still here. Got news from Dr that I can exercise again now. So, I think I will be more positive about this weight loss process now. Once I started eating again, I gained 2lbs. So, my tracker is not accurate at 150.6 anymore, but is 152.6. I refuse to change it.
Bite me. No really Edward...bite me!

Day 1:

I have arrived! Let's start this party and pass the carrot cake...umm...*clears throat awkwardly*...I mean...the um...carrot sticks.

Frankly, I will be absolutely amazed if I make it back to my party..umm...blog. I have an astounding habit of getting lost in this big world wide web. So, just gonna start this out simply and see what tomorrow brings..and if I can leave enough carrot cake crumbs...umm...carrot gratings to find my way back.
