It's been 18 days!
Wow, I can not believe it has already been almost 3 weeks since I last posted. I did do the detox diet, which I lost three lbs right away doing it, I was very excited.
So I have already done a jump start, this coming week I am going to work even harder! The weather is pretty nice, and the ice has meleted quite a but off the streets so I plan to get out and walk! I walked today and it felt great!
Doesn't help the two margaritas I drank while chatting via web cam with Tanya!
I am loving the support I am geting from my friends and family, and am so excited.
We can do this!
