A first time for everything
We got home last night after 2 days at my sister's house. I think this is probably the first time EVER that I've gone to visit family and seen a lower number on the scale the next morning. Showing 207.2 this morning. Works for me...totally. That's even taking into consideration the amount of not-so-great food I ate. Not going to complain. Just going to go about my day now. 
I'm headed downstairs to tackle TurboJam Cardio Party. Should be fun. I fully expect it to kick my ass.
