Tough
Getting back into the routine has been harder than I ever thought. Everything hurts, everything shakes... it's like my body is rebelling.
This morning I walked for an hour with some jogging interspersed in there. I jumped rope for 15 minutes. When I came home I did my little home-made circuit training with my 5lb. dumbbells (about 20 minutes of strength training). That's when the pain started... But I'm telling myself to stick with it and be consistent. I don't want to "fall off of the wagon" before I even get on good...
More updates later. I hope everyone is having a great weekend and remember if you slip up, you can ALWAYS start over again. The measure of our strength is in how many times we get back up.
