The first day back always seems to be the hardest.
This morning I finished 3 miles (some jogging in there but not continuous) and ran the bleachers twice. I did planks as well. This afternoon I will jump rope and do some simple exercises with the dumbbells.
My motto is one day at a time and little choices add up to big results.
