I have missed you all!!! Especially, Endurer, BringingSexyBack, Phattygurl, Felecia and Missv... and ALL OF YOU!!!

I have not updated in nearly 3 months and it's been a rough road through the holidays! As you know, I am a professional road warrrior and travel a LOT for work.. and although I did stay out of my danger zone most of the time (candy machines, easy fast food), it's been hard, family. :-( VERY HARD. But, I am not too far off the mark. If I can find the time within my travel schedule to get in *Frequent* exercise, I know I can reach my goals.

When I think back to last spring, I remember that I was not traveling nearly as much as now... and I also recall going to the gyms in the hotels. So that has to be the way right now (until I travel less or find a new job)... Please support me as I support you in reaching our goals! I have posted a few recent pics.

I am going to go read up on you all and wish you the best week possible.

Good to read from you. I've missed you too hun!! It's been far too long and I'm still not "officially" back on EP. I'm just lurking right now. I can't seem to make the mental commitment but I am here and will always be around to support and encourage you on your journey. Support, afterall is the principle.

Well you look absolutely fantastic!! Be encouraged b/c you're never alone. I'm always on the sidelines cheering you on!!
