Another week

Well, it looks like I'm going to get to this once a week. School and work and life are keeping me busy. Had weigh in this morning and was down 3 pounds. This diet is driving me crazy. Up 2 down 3...

This next week is going to be a tough one. I have to travel for work. The meetings are in the hotel so I can at least run up to the room and use the microwave. Got the travel foods but I know it will be hard. Everyone drinks a lot and eats a lot

Going to bring workout clothes and use the gym. Worked out today during my daughter's swim meet. I may check into a personal trainer at the Y. I think it's like $30 an hour... Wish losing weight was cheaper. Can't decide between that and a treadmill at home :>) I know I have what I need to get this done with what I have ... but it's easier to say I just need one more thing.

Working Out Is Key!

Traveling and keeping my mouth shut when it comes to food, has always been a challenge for me! Don't let it get to you. Forget about what everyone else is doing, [easier said then done- I know] amd focus on you. Actually eat those JC meals that you brought. It will save you money and will keep you on track.

If you do have some cocktails, just make sure you drink lots of water too and get that butt to the gym. Though I haven't been exercising myself, I do know its benefits. So, don't be lazy like me! Working out will give you great energy and will also counteract any extra calories that you may have consumed.

and congrats for losing that 3 lbs, I know you have had a rough time of it. As far as travelling I am sure you will be fine. I am going away towards the end of March myself to a family event from my husband's side and they throw a feast BUT I will be swimming, going into the gym in the hotel and stuff... I must and I will also continue to be strong even though some things are tough right now. It happens and I sure don't want to ruin any progress I have made. I really appreciate your note! I was on vacation last week in Georgia and ate lots of rich yummy dinners and other snacks. It wasn't all tortilla chips! lol. I am just starting anew! Hope you had a great workout with Leslie! She is so happy!

I have a treadmill at home also, but I tend to do more DVD and TIVO'd workouts cuze i like the variety.  Do what works for you and keeps ya motivated!
