Friday Weigh In - Week 5
TODAY, I choose to respect my body.
When I respect my body I don't put unhealthy foods and toxins in it. I give it the proper nutrition, water and exercise and I rest when my body needs it. This body has carried me around this far, don't I owe it respect?
I am so excited. I stepped on my scale this morning for my weekly weigh-in and I lost NINE pounds. I couldn't believe it so I called my hubby in to double check it and he said it was right. I just have to remember to respect my body and remember how good I feel right now and that will help to keep me focused and determined to make it to goal. I also will continue to depend on the awesome blogging friends I have made on EP. What a help!

I´ve lost about 5 lbs so far this week and am pretty happy about that!

9 lbs!! Way to go!! You must feel amazing! Congrats on the loss!! Yes, you should try those freeze dried fruit, I don't think you will be disappointed!! Congrats again!
