2/2 - Reporting In. Lost.
Hey. I lost 1 3/4 lbs. this week. I'm still watching what I eat, still doing a little bit of aerobics and also a little bit of weight-lifting.
I've now lost MORE than half of my previous weight-loss back again!
Yeay!!! I'm over the hump!!!
Yeay!!! I'm over the hump!!!Whenever I lose weight, I feel like I can do anything I set my mind to do. When I'm not losing weight, or even gaining, I feel miserable and the world is an ugly place. I choose to keep on losing weight and feeling happier in a better world.
