8/19 - Weigh-in - Gained 3 lbs.

Hey.  This is me, facing the music.  Paying for my sins of the past week.  After my last weigh-in, I started out the week with a little gain from eating out, (which is typical of me).  Then, I usually try really hard to lose before the week finishes out, but this week I didn't do it.  Two reasons.  One - I guess I was a little tired of working so hard at it.  Two - I've had my two grandsons () with me this week.  I always gain more weight whenever I have people here to cook for and eat out with.  So, I've been a  bad lady.
 
The boys will be going home on Sunday, () so I have some hope of having a small loss this week to come.
 
I hope you are doing well, whoever you are.

i know your pain

hello missy belle.... i myself gaizned a few pounds last week... it was quite a shocker because i had excerside hard for 2 weeks straight, but, i ate wayyyyyy too much... and the scale doesnt lie... but dont feel discouraged and work hard at it next week... greetings from orange county california, your friend and weight loss buddy,

Don't beat yourself up though - being real about it is hard, but so good!  I find myself in the same boat...how do I adjust to guests and going out without over eating or eating way off plan?  Still working on that one, but when I am successful at it I'm motivated to do it again!  Good luck this week!
