9/22 - Starting Fresh Again

Hi.  Lately, I've been in a weight-losing funk!!!  I haven't felt at all like trying to lose weight.  I've been basically trying to maintain.  (I actually gained a little bit.)

As of tomorrow morning, I'm moving on.   I hope to do an ab-workout and a little treadmilling.  Another girl, (Michelle Eudy) and I are going to try to exercise for 21-days straight. (Even if its only for 10 minutes.)  (I tried that a few weeks ago, but messed up when I went away for a long, busy weekend.)  Hence, I'm starting over.

If anybody else would like to start doing that, too, it's fine with me.  Just let me know, so I can "look in" on you from time to time -- to see how you're doing -- and to cheer you on!  In fact, we can all add each other to our Friends list and encourage each other.  What do you think?

I really don't want to "stagnate" any more.  I really want to lose more weight  ---  and the only way I can do it --- is to get my butt "in gear!!!!!"

So, wish us success!!!  We wish you the same!!!

Ok.  Starting today, Monday September 22nd I will exercise every day for 21 days.  12th October is the last day of my 'challenge'.

Keep an eye on me...  and accept no excuses!  If my hip is playing up I can still box!

You are back in business, girl, and I am too!  I think it's wonderful that we have others in the challenge.  I will add them as friends and we can all encourage each other.  This is great!  How did you do today?  I think Tuesdays are a great day to WI.  I just WI at home.  Today, the scales weren't kind!  LOL!  Well, this is a new week!  Here we go!

I have exercised every day since Saturday so is it okay if I start mine 09/20 and end it Friday 10/10? That will be 21 days.
