YESSSS!!

Hey fellow lovers of weight lost, I am down to 172 almost a total of 85 pounds in 16 months. oooh when I get down to 160 that will be 100 pounds woohoo!!!! Well since I have lost a whole person, the world is a different place, all of a sudden I'm the center of attraction! Listen once again If I can do it you can do it. hey beware if you got to fat free milk, you may be come lactose intolerant, it happened to me a long time lover of diary!

Its been 1 year

Hi everyone.. its been 1 year since i started my wieght loss program - which is lifestyle change_ and i have lost 74 pounds... wow.. I didn't think i could go this far with it.. but once you start seeing results.. and your able to shop for a 14 instead of a 24.. man the feeling is pretty cool.. hang in there everyone if i .. one of the laziest can do it.. you can too..  Well my goal is 160 by christmas.. WE CAN DO IT !

Soooo Close!

Well i'm approaching my goal deadline of August - I started my lifestyle change in August of 06. I did think i would get this far but it has been of journey of ups and downs. I adjusted my goal weight of 160 pounds for this year - that would 100 pound total lost in a year - it seemed obtainable if i had nothing else going on in my life except my wieght lost. but that just isnt true life is happening everyday - every day a new challenge. For those of you out there discouraged - press on. some times it looks like its not happening - your friend and family are tellig you it is but  you just can't see it. - Believe it - the mind is such a powerful thing and will continue to show you the things and the thoughts you are used to seeing. Dont let it fool you and keep you in a place you don't want to be in. Well i've been eating less calories again and hitting the gym hard i go at least 4 times a week at five a.m. i found i burn fat quicker in the mornings. and the gym is empty!

Have not been here in a while! well i am still on track just got a little busy at work, and beat down by my personal life but i am back in the game and will be out of the 200 in just a few short days. i just really wanted to be out of the 200 by my birthday May 15th, yal holla at cha girl! I wil make my 160 by august or i will be content with 180 and just keep the pace. See you next time!

lol... well I am back in the game! I am fasting with my church for spirtual breakthrough Praise God for the priviledge to do so!

the second benefit is detoxification, and weight loss lets see where I go with this. It is a 21 day fast I am on day 5, taking part in the daniel fast - fruits, vegtables, water!

The Christmas Season did it to me! This is a bitter sweet victory, at least I can say I am the same weight I started out with. I did not reach my goal for the end of the year, but I am also not going on that cruise anymore. Financial stuff! But I am back on track, and thankful I was able to battle out the fluctuating weight gain and lost over the last few weeks and brake even! My mom got me  a gym membership to planet fitness for christmas. they are around the corner from my house! I have to hold off on the next few sessions with my trainer for money issues also so wish me good luck (oh get this my x boyfriend since i am losing weight is all of a sudden motivated and has dropped so much weight he looks great, but is totally annoying!

Morning Burn

Well I weighed in this morning at 219 !!! Thank you Jesus!!

But... I think my scale is broken !! lol just kidding.

I did a morning workout this morning I got up at 5:30 and did the weight loss program on the treadmill which is something like 4 min. flat than 4 min on a 10%max incline. it is an awesome work out! Now back to the broken scale - Working out with my personal training had me to gain 4 pounds in muscle i was freeking out so for the last week and a half I have been 225 Pounds, I mean I was really freakin out! But the I quickly figured out the problem... I was leaving out my cardio, I was building muscle but not really doing enough fat burn. so I have kicked it up a notch and I am walking at least 2 miles 3 times a week, in addition to the 3 times a week weight training... I am a teenager now 219!!!!! whooo hooo just a few more pounds till I am out of 2's and into the 1's!!

I think I am going to change my page title to leaving it all behind. Yes I am 221 that means by some time next week I will be like 218, that change in numerical value means so much to me, that means I am getting that much closer to my goals. If i can lose 18 pounds by christmas!!! 

Pushin it!

We saw the Que last night and worked our upper body, I am pleased with the program. I weighed in at 222 this morning I think I can make it to 220 by Sunday!!! ha ha I hope saw! If I am 215 by Thanksgiving I will loose my flippin mind! I think we are headed in the right direction seeing this trainer, he is going to get me to where if a strong gust a wind come buy it pick me up and carry me away !!! LOL (to a new life I wish) To all you losers don't let anyone tell you, you don't need a personal trainer, they are beneficial because alot of times we are doing the right excersice just the wrong way! And they push you, it's harder for you to give up and say I'm done! the keep you focused, and hell since your paying for it trust and believe you will take it seriuosly. I was tested last night, I think by God. My emotions were on the line, but I think I made the right choices. Anyhooo hollar at me yal!

Personal Trainer QUE!!!

Oh my gosh fellow losers! Silk and I met with Que are new wonderful personal trainer and let me just say he is the bomb I enjoyed my work out so very much, we are going back to see him this thursday. He is totally professional, and I think he just loves what he is doing. His pricing is totally awesome! I recommend him to any loser living in the metro-atlanta area! oh okay so we did weight training which is supposed to really help with fat burning, this is good for me because my cardio is not working anymore AHHHHH!!!!!   . Okay so we did life something squates, someother stuff, okay i can't remember but boy do i feel great today!
