Yeah!!!
I have lost 3 more pounds. I am so excited!!! It could have been more but one day I went over my normal caloric intake. I plan on continuing to work out 5 days a week and continuing to eat healthier. I really need this little boost. Those brownies looked so tempting again last night but I resisted temptation and it shows. WOOT!!! Say a prayer for me!!!
