Today
So I had a little cereal today again. I had a weigh in today at my DR, she said my cheating has caught up to me. So I am supposed to be very good my last few days....We are moving in 2 days to another state so I may no0t blog for awhile...I do not know if anyone see's this sooooo it is more therapy for me than anything else. Good Luck to all and HCG Works Stick to the Plan, IT will may off... I Promise!

Marshmallows and Strawberries
I really did it today! I did very well until around 8PM and I ate the remaing Charms out of the Lucky Charms Cereal! Well my weight did go up yesterday and I really wanted to be good. The rest of this week will be long, I am moving so my diet will be hard, but I will do my best. I know I am only 7 lbs away from my goal, so I will keep that in mind!

Finally broke 150...
Man, It feels great knowing I am in the 140's of course it does not help eating the marshmallows out of my son's Lucky Charms cereal!!! Well today I did ok, I think I will be the same weight tomorrow due to my habit of muching handfuls of cereal as I make my meals. I know that these last 7 days are the hardest, you must not cheat to ensure the diet works, soooo I will drink plenty of water and stick to my diet and eat only what I should. I could have been down 3 lbs if I did not have that burger last week. But oh well, this week no more cheating!

OK day...
So let it be known APPLES and water to flush cheats and to get over a stall, WORKS! Today I ate well, but also had a handful of cerel....Darn the CEREL, My fave! SO I will see how I do on FRIDAY with my DR.

152.8 with a HUGE Cheat...
Well Todays weight was not what I expected, I was only .8 lbs from yesterday....So I have read alot about people cheating and still losing but it really is not good. I could have lost another LB or 2 by today. But I think I hvae done really well so far.
My diet started on a Saturday, 2 Load days, EAT WHATEVER you Want and tons of fat.... Start your HCG Injections on these days so the HCG has fat to attach to.
Day 3 You start the Phentarmine with Shots and the 500 CAL DIet. Drink Only Water and Teas. 1 Cup Of Coffee is ok at breakfast.
The Diet plan is 3.5 OZ of protien, 1 serving of approved veggie, 1 approved fruit and i melba toast or grisnni breadstick. you can choose to have your bread or fruit as snacks but then you take it away from your meal.
Typically I have noticed chicken and cod, orange roughy, shrimp tend to bring the best weight loss. The red meat takes longer to digest and it sticks longer. Also the best fruit is Large Gala Apples cut into 1/4 in pieces get the frim ones, they last longer cut up and you have to crunch and chew, it is satisfiying. But I am no saint, I had a meltdown as most people on this diet do, I am only human. But I read that a 6 apple day, insted of your reg diet and only water helps to flush the cheat foods. However I have not done it, but I may today. I will keep eveyone posted.

I am a big cheater!!!
Today I was really tired and just wanted a good ol' fashioned burger!!! I ate a Double Double from IN and OUT and had a bowl of Cookie Crisp. All I drank today was water and thats great, but I feel super guilty about eating today. I wish there was someone to tell me NO, but my Hubby just was like "you keep wanting it so just eat it".....Not cool! But it is my fault and I did it, so the 3 lbs I gained hopefully we can double that in losses over the next week I will be swimming and walking this week so maybe lots of water and some exercise will help.

I CHEATED, A litlle...
I had extra fruit, bits of a Cliff Bar, and 3 bite of a burrito. AGGGHHHH, I am really just wanting to eat. My body is looking better now I just need to tighten it up, Maybe when I am off the shots I will work out, I am a bit to tired right now and I will be moving to another state in 2 weeks soooo like we all say, I will start tomorrow! HA HA Good Night All!

First Week done Yesterday
So yesterday I saw my DR and had my weigh in, I have lost nine LBS and have not cheated at all, I actually think I could have lost 2 more by not eating red meat. I noticed my weight did not have that 1 lbs per day at least change like on days without red meat, hummm? So in addition I have only done 1 serving of fruit and 1 melba, but i think it is twice a day, I am confused on this part. I am really hungry at night, and TODAY Saturday, at about 11pm I had 3 small bites of a steak burrito with guacamole, AGHHH, but I am only human. I think going all week I did well, and this morning was 10 LBS so i felt 3 bites would be ok. I would love a GORGE day, Man I really want IN and OUT Burger, Cheesecake, lots of chips and salsa, and maybe some warm chewy chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream and caramel!!!!! But I will just have my water and I cannot wait to have my shrimp and asparagas at lunch. Any one know if these bites will hurt me? Also since today was really 7 with shots and day 5 with pills and I have lost 10 lbs, will my weight keep dropping or will it be 2 or 3 and then nothing?

FRIDAY
So in the morning I go see my DR, who will show me how to stick myself with HCG and give me Phenamine to help me with my goal. I did lipo 2 months ago, have not drank a soda since 2 days prior to my lipo and have been eating really well. I usually will eat out every night, have fast food as a snack and eat lots of crap at home just to pass time. I think making meals at home, having breakfast, and eating a light luch and having just water is a huge change from before....Only issue, I have gained 7 lbs and it is all in my belly and hip/butt area!!!! This makes me want to cry, I was pleading at the DR that I had been doing well since my lipo and I ma not sure what is going on. I really want to be around 140. Actually the low end maybe 137-140. It seems so far off. I am heavy and do not like it. I hate to work out but if I feel good I will do it, When my clothes fit looser and I am lighter thats my motivator to work out to keep it off. I work as a model and I am not model material in my eyes. When I look at myself I am ugly and fat, but I carry myself like I am the sexiest woman out there...UHHH Can I just look hot already. I am spending alot of money to try to look better. I want instant gratification, like we all do, But the real question is when will it happen???? If not today or next month, when? When can I start buying normal sizes like a 28 insted of having the salespeople find the only 32 that was sent to the store? It is gross and I just want to look good. My finanical well being depends on it.

1st Blog
Hi all.... I am new here and felt this would be a great way to monitor my weight loss on HCG and Phenemine, My plastic sur. Dr will be giving me all this starting on FRIDAY. SO tonight I had a bowl of rocky road ice cream and a fiber one bar, those are soooo GOOD. Peanut butter and oats. YUMMY. I love to eat and look it. I model and have taken time off to improve my look. I am fat, and jiggly and yucky. I want to look slim and sexy...We'll see...
