Staring the journey!!!

Ok so I have made a few changes so Im going to write in spanish, is more comfortable for me and I in this time want to keep track of my changes...

Bueno hace cuatro dias comence a cambiar mis habitos de manera drastica... Las pastillas llegaron y para los que puedan leer esto y se esten preguntando cuales son pues son las zantrex (sobre estas pastillas hay criticas positivas y negativas) la verdad es que a mi me funcionan muy bien, me suprimen el apetito y me mantienen con energia aparte que me da sed sou es bueno para tomar agua.

Bueno empece a tomar las pastillas, modifique mi manera de comer drasticamente (estoy comiendo mucho menos), llevo dos dias de ejercicios con Jillian (la verdad esto es lo peor) jajaja es bien dificil pero me ayudo a darme cuenta lo mala en forma que estoy, pienso seguir con todo el regimen y ver como me va. Quiero perder mucho peso sou voy a tener que esforzarme y estoy dispuesta a hacerlo pues las ganancias son muchas! Espero no darme por vencida por el camino y saber todos los dias que si se puede :D

Happy New Year!!!!

Well have been two days since I wrote in the blog... New Year Resolution isnt too lose weight because this is a lifetime resolution. Pill havent get home yet, but I have been thinking about the changes I want to make and Im more optimistic and decide to do this for me, for my health, for my future and because I want to join the navy that was the hidden goalthat I talk about. I bought a pedometer on ebay because they said this is useful to see your progress, I have to buy a new scale and I think Im going to buy a elastic band to try new exercises... I want to keep an agenda of my progress and hoping to lose 70-80 pounds so its a lot but I think is possible with perseverance and commitment.

Stuck!

Today I feel stuck, im waiting for the pills like I said to start my full diet, and Im starting to feel inpatient! Im going to take soon my hopefully "before" picture and I weight myself and im in 215!!! wow never got that far, a time ago I used to be in 190 but oh well im going to get there again and much less than that! For today Im just going to keep drinking water :)

The first day!

Well I havent start my diet officially but I did start to make little changes in my habbits, I start drinking water! It may look simple but it have pass months since I drink a lot of water and was in need of it. Other thing, I bought the pills Im going to be using (I used to use them and lost a lot of weight). I hope those pills come soon so I can start my "full diet" :D

My new life

Well today is the first day in my life that I decided I want to loose weight, I had make this decision before but never though in loosing more than 20 pounds, I start diets and quite them as soon as I loose 10 pounds. Today I really want to change that, I dont want to be the "fat girl with pretty face" I really want to do something for me and to change my life. I hope I can find here some tools (support) that help me thru the process and keeping my goal "alive". I also have another motivation for loosing weight but that one im going to keep it for my self. Is something possitive for my life and is time to make some changes. I will start hopefully on Monday, I want to have more information and read some things before starting.
