I've got to be strong
After a few weeks of reflecting on my eating habit, I realize that I tend to overeat mostly late in the afternoon ... and I've been doing this for almost two years now. No wonder I've gained more than 10 kilos. Regrettably, it has started to show obviously all over my body.
I guess, my biggest challenge is to change this habit. I have to develop the habit of eating fruits and only fruits after 3pm everyday.
