New photos
Well..gone through my photo albums and found quite a few fat photo's that honestly make me feel sick. Think i might print them off stick them on my fridge and wine cupboard.
Will put them on here when I can, also found some skinny photo's of me from the last year so quite recent to give me more incentive to lose the flab.
My problem areas are definately my ARMS i hate them more than any other part, tops of thighs and tummy rest of me I can cope with!! So going to now start planning how to tone myself up, lots of inches to go!!

WW Week 8!
Well... I was naughty Friday night at Hull Fair had a burger and marshmallow chocolate kebab ooops! (only once a year tho!)
So thought I'd be good Sat nite, had a chinese was good tho had 1/2 mushroom chow mein and 1/2 portion of chicken with mushrooms......but then had a full bottle of wine. (Had the points for it but felt really bad).
Sunday went to carvery was quite good again...had new potatoes with the turkey option and tons of vegetables but 2 yorkshire puddings.
Now its Monday being extra good having soup and fruit for lunch, and a chicken dinner tonight. Will have frylight roasties and 2 small yorkshire puddings.
I know to accept I cant give up all bad things... I just eat them in moderation otherwise once i get to goal and start eating "bad" things again the weight again.... been there done that!!!
