I'm back!!!!

It has been forever since i last posted to my blog or had time to even set and take a look at the website.  When was it updated?  It's almost like i fell off the face of the earth.  My mom had a gastric bypass back in June and hasn't been doing so good, so i've been hepling her out quite a bit.  Once she started to get straightened out it was time for school to start during the second week of school i got a phone call from the school, my daughter passed out during class.  So i had to take her to the ER.  Then my mom has to go back into surgery, i just took her to the drs. today.  So far things are going good with her for know.  I have to take my daughter to the dr. tomarrow for some tests.  I'm sure everything will be alright,  it's in God's hands.  After all this settles maybe i can take a little time for me (MAYBE)

Other than all this going on to look on the bright side i haven't gained a lb thank God!  I've gone from 163 lbs. to 124 lbs.

WOW!!!!

OMG!  I got on the scales first thing this morning I lost 3 lbs. this week.  .  I can't believe it that's 24 lbs. so far.  I'm starting on my 3rd month with the phentermine.  I hope to lose at least 15 more lbs. I may try to lose a little more, but not much. 

Hope everyone is doing well, and keep hanging in there.  Sometimes it gets hard but it definately pays off in the end.

2 Day Break

I didn't take my phentermine Sat. or Sun., I decided to take a break and see how I would do without it.  I did okay but I didn't make the best choices for my snacks.  I took it again yesterday, I think I will take a day or two a week off of the med.  It was like it was when I first started, I had to make myself eat.  I didn't sleep the best last night either, but I feel really Good this morning.

I'm Back On Track !!

Yesterday was a good day!  I walked a total of 1 hr on the Gazalle, I didn't do to bad eating either.  I usually weigh-in once a week on weds. but I decided to get on the scales this morning to see if the Gazalle thing is working it must be doing something the scale read 136 lbs. (OMG!!!)

ERROR!!!

I wasn't paying attetion when i weighed this morning, I did lose 1 lb.!!!!!  I also lost a little over an inch this week. YEAH!!!!!

I read a book while i was walking on the gazalle and walked 50 minutes before i even knew it. 

Scales Didn't Move

Today is my weigh in day, so I got on the scales.   The scales didn't move from where it was last week.  Oh well, at least it didn't go up.  I'm going to have to work alot harder to get the next 20 lbs. off.  But it's definately worth the outcome a healthier and smaller me.

Getting back on track

The past week has been busy.  I made a cake for my friends wedding, helped my mother set up the tent since they were going camping, took the kids to stay with her on friday, was in the wedding saturday, left the wedding to pick the kids up by 8:00 pm (the wedding was at 4:00), went to church sunday morning, and then went to the lake sunday afternoon, stayed there over the night, so then i had to set our tent up ( time for a break!!!)   I did get to finally relax that evening and until lunchtime on monday.  We had to take down the tent and pack everything up.  Once we got home we had to do yardwork.  Overall it was a pretty good weekend.  I could have eaten alot better, but at least i didn't gain any weight!!  I've done good today, i'm fixin to go walk for awhile.

Another Day

I don't know whats wrong with me this week.  I've lost all the desire to keep myself going.  I had to make myself get on the gazalle and exercise yesterday.  I didn't do much over the weekend either.  I need to have my butt kicked!!!  I've got at least 20 lbs. to go and i just want to give up.

Oh well, today is another day and I'm deffinately going to get myself together and get back on the right track.

Dragging

I can't seem to get my rear in gear this morning.  I've been ill as a hornet for two days now.  I did manage to get a 30 minute workout on my gazalle yesterday, and i'll do it again today.  I've deffinately got to get back to making better eating habits.  It's just easier to eat what everyone else is eating.  My weightloss has slowed down a bit. 

Oh well, I do fill alot better since I' ve lost weight.  I can actually get outside and play in the yard with my kids and not be exhausted. 

My weight has not been this low since 1998 when i was around three or four months pregnant with my first child.  When she was three months old I got pregnant again, and my body has never been the same!!  After having my son I kept the eating habit of "eating for two" and got up to 200 lbs.  I was in a size 16 fixin to have to buy a 18 and I said no more.  This was five or six years ago.  I started watching what I ate and working out.  My mom and I were doing it together.  It's alot easier when you're not having to do it alone, like I am this time.  I had lost down to 145 lbs. and felt great, but i didn't stick with it.  For the first itme in my life, taking the phentermine, I don't want to eat!!  My love for food is gone.  I'm down to 140 now, but on a five foot frame thay say  that's still overweight.  But hey, I'm gettin' there!   

19 down!!!!

I've lost 19 lbs. and a total of 17 inches!!!   So far I'm still doing good on my diet.  I've been slacking a little on the exercise part, got to get back on track.  For the first time since I had my two children I'm down to 140 lbs.
